Electronic items (eBooks, online exams, audio courses, video courses) are fulfilled within 15 minutes of order placement. Access instructions are sent via email.

Physical Products — Standard Orders
Orders for individual items or small quantities ship via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates vary based on the items purchased and destination zip code, starting at $8.95. Orders ship out the next business day after order placement and typically arrive within 4 business days.

Physical Products — Large Orders
Orders of 10 or more physical items ship via FedEx. Shipping rates depend on the destination zip code and total order weight. Large orders typically arrive within 7 business days of order placement.

Returns
Returned items must be shipped using a tracked shipping method and in accordance with our refund policy.
